Clear nail polish isn’t just for nails anymore. It can be used in a variety of ways to help mend things or add a temporary fix to give you time to repair things properly.
If there’s a small hole in your window or door screen, use a few layers of nail polish to close it. If the hole is larger and requires a patch, you can use a few layers of nail polish to hold the patch in place temporarily.
