Many women do not enjoy receiving oral stimulation from their partner. Not because they don’t enjoy the activity, but because their partner lacks certain skills and sexual knowledge to make it worth the woman’s while. Once a woman finds a partner who can perform excellent cunnilingus, you may find she even prefers it to vaginal intercourse. You can be the worst lover in the world, but if you can give good head, you’ll redeem yourself in the eyes of any woman.
First things first is dealing with all the rumors about foul smell and taste that have been passed from generation to generation. The truth is, as long as your lady-friend isn’t some tramp that hasn’t showered in weeks that you picked up off the streets earlier today, or a marathon runner who hasn’t changed her shorts yet, the smell and taste of a woman’s vagina can be very bearable. In some cases, you may even learn to love it! If you’ve got any qualms about it however, suggest a sensual bath together where you can make sure that any unclean smells and tastes will be washed away.

Coenzyme Q-10, or Co Q-10, also known as Ubiquinone, has become a popular dietary supplement due to the enormous benefit that it can produce in the human body. Co Q-10 is known to stimulate the immune system, improve one’s energy level, improve blood circulation and reduce visible signs of aging. It also helps fight against cardiovascular disease, allergies, asthma, obesity, diabetes, multiple sclerosis, muscular dystrophy, periodontal disease, chronic fatigue syndrome, Parkinson’s and Huntington’s disease, migraines and certain cancers.
Co Q-10 is a vitamin like substance that is found in all parts of the body. Out of ten common substances designated as coenzymes Q, coenzyme Q-10 is the only one that is found in human tissue. Interest in Co Q-10 started to grow in the early 1970’s when physicians began to notice what would happen to the human body when the levels of Co Q-10 were low. Patients with congestive heart failure had much lower levels of Co Q-10 in their hearts than did people with healthy hearts. Similar correlations of low levels of Co Q-10 along with the presence of other diseases, such as Parkinson’s disease and asthma, have also since been discovered. Continue reading »

Clear nail polish isn’t just for nails anymore. It can be used in a variety of ways to help mend things or add a temporary fix to give you time to repair things properly.
If there’s a small hole in your window or door screen, use a few layers of nail polish to close it. If the hole is larger and requires a patch, you can use a few layers of nail polish to hold the patch in place temporarily.
Afraid you may loose a button? You can use a dab of nail polish to secure a loose thread or to hold threads in place until you can repair the button more securely. Continue reading »

When most men and women interact, they aren’t fully seeing each other for who they are because they’re peering through a screen of past history and beliefs about themselves and their gender identity. Some of these beliefs are culturally prescribed; others are the outgrowth of past experiences, and still others are the remnants of our biological heritage. Many cultures throughout history have experimented with numerous arrangements, from arranged marriages to polygamy, in an attempt to get the sexes functioning jointly without undue friction. But there’s a big difference between men and women behaving companionably according to social mores and them relating to each other from a place of being who they truly are. Continue reading »

Women in Japan have been going crazy for Bust-Up gum, a chewing gum said to have breast enhancing properties. Ever since this unique treat went on sale in Japan, women have been snapping it up, and men have been enjoying the results.
Manufactured by a company known as B2Up, this fascinating gum made a big splash at the Tokyo Health Fair, and the manufacturer has referenced a number of scientific studies and tests that prove it really does work to make the chewer’s breasts look bigger and more vibrant.
The secret to Bust-Up gum may lie in the chemical it contains. This special chemical is derived from a plant known to science as Pueraria mirifica, which is grown in Southeast Asia. The extracts of this plant, which are included in the gum, are thought to mimic the effect of estrogen, the female sex hormone. This boost in estrogen production is thought by many to account for the breast enhancing capabilities of this gum. Continue reading »

Sunburns are not cool. They’re uncomfortable, painful, and major contributors to skin cancer. Overall, it’s best to avoid sunburns as much as possible. This is particularly true during summer months, when you’re most likely to be outside enjoying the sun. These tips will help you have fun without risking your precious skin.
• Always wear sunscreen – even if you’re outside for only an hour. Make sure that you use the right type of sunscreen. If you sweat or get in the water, use a sports sunscreen instead of the “regular” type. And make sure that you use a sunscreen with an SPF (Sun Protection Factor) of at least 15. Continue reading »

For a lot of people, this time of year can be one of the most stressful times around. Dealing with the shopping crowds, family members, well meaning friends, and even that jolly old St. Nick at the mall is enough to drive the sanest person to consider the loony bin. If you don’t want to check yourself into a mental hospital for the duration of the holiday season, here are a few sure fire ways to take the stress levels down a notch.
Tip # 1: Go Shopping Online
One of my best friends absolutely loves to shop. Even during this time of year. She loves the thrill of finding a great deal, and getting her hands on it, before anyone else does. Yes, to my friend this time of year provides her with both the thrill of the hunt, and the sweet taste of victory. Continue reading »

With the goal of creating more flexibility and muscle tone in the hamstrings and back, this program begins with abdominal and back exercises and moves into leg stretches and exercises. It then continues with a short upper body session to balance out the work in the entire body while keeping focus on the specific goal. It concludes with some work using the ball for final stretching.
To begin, participants should wear comfortable clothing and practice barefoot. A mat is ideal; use a thicker yoga mat, a Pilates mat, or even two thin mats or towels. The optional prop is the ball. The ball movements can be completed with or without a ball, or left out of the routine. Continue reading »
